We've begun ... but just barely!

Hello, Adventure Seekers. I've been rather quiet here. That's because I'm hard at work on writing the next book in the J.A.Y. vs. The World series ...

J.A.Y. vs. Corn Kong!

My goal (and this is "dangerous" for me to put this out there in public but I'm going to do it to keep myself accountable) is to have the first draft of this one COMPLETED by the end of this month. You see, I got the idea for this creature many years back. I began writing this tale about two or three years ago, then put it aside due to other obligations. But it's moving now and I'm over 33,000 words and 145 pages in and I think I can do it. Once complete, it'll need an edit ... or ten. I'm aware of some areas I want to touch up already but I can't let myself get bogged down in revisions until the first draft is finally complete.

So ... if you don't hear from me in a few days, you know what I'm working on.
